OC/Odor Treatment Catalyst

VOC honeycomb catalyst carrier are typically used in Stationary Engines within Industrial processes or Power Generation to reduce VOC and NSCR emissions, by coating its surface with a variety of different type of catalysts.
Although a variety of methods to reduce VOC emissions, catalytic combustion is still the preferred option, because this method is more versatile and economical. We develop volatile organic compounds catalysts that control hydrocarbon (HC) and other VOC emissions from a variety of industrial processes.

Material

Honeycomb ceramics can be made from a variety of materials. The main materials are: cordierite, mullite, aluminum titanate, activated carbon, silicon carbide, activated alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride and cordierite-mullite, cordierite-aluminum titanate and other composite substrates.

 

Properties

Environmentally friendly ceramics Ceramic materials can be widely used in various environmental protection fields due to their high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, such as automobile exhaust emissions.
